Terms and conditions<\/h4>

Upon registering for a membership at ICEmedic.org portal, mobile application and\/or use any related ICE Medic product, you (hereinafter \u201cmember\u201d) agrees on the following terms and conditions:<\/p>

General<\/h4>

ICE Medic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. ICE Medic will notify the member with the proposed amendment at least one (1) week before these amendments apply. The amended terms and conditions apply to all agreements between ICE Medic and the member from the date of the change.<\/p>

Registration, Activation and Usage<\/h4>

Member is entitled to register at ICEmedic.org portal and will be subject to activate his\/her account using a subscription code. This code can be purchased through the ICEmedic.org portal or any authorised reseller.
Member is entitled to fill his\/her personal, ICE contact and medical details including access rules set to public, paramedic or private.
Member is entitled to assign one or more emergency alert code to his\/her account.
Member is aware that all filled details (with access rules set to paramedic or public) can be read by authorised medic devices in combination with any of the assigned emergency alert code.
Member is aware that all filled details (with access rules set to public) can be read by individuals\u2019 smart phone in combination with the assigned emergency alert code.
Member is aware that ICEmedic.org portal will disallow medic devices and\/or individuals\u2019 smart phones to access member\u2019s details of non activated accounts and\/or expired subscriptions.<\/p>

Privacy<\/h4>

ICE Medic will endeavor its best efforts to secure the member\u2019s data stored at the ICEmedic.org data centre. Member is responsible for the confidentiality of the credentials to access his\/her account.\u00a0<\/p>

Members\u2019 data such as personal, contact and medical details are stored at ICE Medic portal in an encrypted form. Details are read by paramedics and first responders during an emergency using authorised devices and in combination with the member\u2019s emergency alert code. Details are forwarded to emergency rooms (ER) at hospitals upon request of the paramedic authorised device and no later than a period of 5 hours starting from the scan of the emergency alert code of the member.<\/p>

Responsibility and Liability<\/h4>

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the data filled into his\/her account is appropriate and accurate. ICE Medic does not accept any responsibility for any subsequent use made of ICEmedic.org products, whether accurate or inaccurate or any consequences thereof.
Member accepts that neither he\/she nor his or her heirs nor any other third party will seek compensation for any consequential loss arising from the existence or absence of the member\u2019s purchased ICE Medic products under any circumstances.
Member indemnifies ICE Medic for all damages and liabilities that may occur as a result of claims by third parties relating to the goods or services offered by ICE Medic.<\/p>

Duration and Termination<\/h4>

The agreement between the member and ICE Medic is valid as long as the member\u2019s subscription is active at ICEmedic.org.
ICE Medic may terminate and delete the account (including all its data) after the expiry of the subscription and within a notice period of one calendar month without any compensation to the member whatsoever.
ICE Medic has the right to suspend access to the member\u2019s account and\/or the assigned emergency alert codes for the sake of securing ICEmedic.org services and data protection.<\/p>

Member has the right to terminate his\/her account at any time. Upon termination of the account by the member, all data filled by the member will be deleted from our servers and all assigned alert codes will be removed. Subscription will be terminated as well. Remaining subscription days and paid amounts are not refundable nor transferable to other account or member.\u00a0<\/p>

Governing Law<\/h4>

All terms and conditions of use of any of ICEmedic.org portal and\/or ICE Medic products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court in Amsterdam.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
